Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 1-5 days after the payment confirmation.
We use Air Registered Mail and EMS for shipping and a unique tracking ID will be generated to track your order from time to time.
The tracking of the parcel can be done online with the help of our tracking tool. We also update the customer about the status of the parcel regularly via email which contains the link of the tracking tool.
All orders are shipped from the customer selected warehouse after the quality check of the medications are done and may take 7-30 business days to arrive. In some cases we even deliver in as early as 72 hours from the date of shipment.
We ship everywhere in the world except India.
Reshipment Policy
We do not offer free reshipment but you can avail the option while checking out. You need to pay a 10% of your order total for one reshipment, after that have to pay 50% of the order total for next reshipment.
Return Policy
We do not accept any return as per the laws of the sourcing destination in any case.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refund but the amount will be used as your store credit that can be used for your future order.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel the order anytime but in such case no refund will be initiated. The amount will be used as Store Credit.
Payment Policy
We accept Bitcoin, Western Union, MoneyGram, Zelle Pay and Bank Transfer as a mode of payment. It can take 24-72 hours for the payment to get processed by our payment service provider after which the order is considered successful. We would inform the customer via email about the payment approval or decline. No refund can be provided for any transaction done by bitcoin
